Tussah silk is a type of wild silk from the Antheraea genus of silkworms. It can range from a pale cream to a honey gold colour.
Tussah silk blends very well with other fibres. Where mulberry silk sits on the top of fibres that it is blended with, tussah silk blends right into the fibres and adds a subtle sheen to the blend.
Note: Although we try our best to accurately represent the colours in our photos, differences in monitors could mean that the colour you see on your screen is different from the fibre colour.
